Happy Canada Day everyone!

Canada Day is the official Canadian holiday, celebrated on July 1st. With the addition of St-Jean last week, we have 2 holidays in a row in Quebec. Yay!

Here is a little salad I have made for dinner tonight, with some red and a secret Canadian ingredient!

Well, it's simple really!

Crisp Lettuce

Raspberries

Feta cheese

Walnuts

And for the dressing:

Olive Oil

White Wine Vinegar

Maple Syrup

Salt and Pepper

I like how the sweetness of the raspberries (and maple syrup, the secret ingredient haha!) complements the feta cheese, which is really salty.
