How: To get it, vote online on Sun 17 April 2011, in the News Of The World's Fabulous magazine's Beauty Awards (link goes live Sun). There will be 15 categories in which you can vote for your favourite mascara/blusher and then six questions such as who your fave celeb icon is. You'll need to enter your details too incl. postal address.

Restrictions: There are 3,000 mascaras available on a first come first served basis, so there's no guarantee you'll get one and they're likely to run out fast. They'll be sent out within a month and unfortunately winners aren't notified. There will be no update on the Fabulous site when the mascaras run out.
