I haven't done a monthly favourite post since May! Woaaa that is a while! I hope you don't mind me.

Becca Creme Blush in Amaryllis: I bought this one when I was in Quebec City before going to London last summer, but you know how it is. You put something into your suitcase or handbag, and then you cannot find it anywhere. And then you find it. In the pocket of said suitcase you already checked 10 000 times! So I found it back just before coming here, and it is a really fresh colour, as I like the doll's cheek effect. I also like creamy blushers, I think they apply more easily then the powder ones.

Mavala Ginza Nail Polish: I'm so in love with this colour. So much so that I have fond a matching beret last week!

Maybelline Color Tattoo in 70 Barely Branded: I don't know why I stopped using my Color Tattoos. I just adore them. This one is especially nice with a black catflick!

Personnelle Rouge Expression Stain Lip Balm in Elegant: Lip balm, yes. Stain no. Anyway, I like how creamy it is and the colour is just a neutral one I can forget in my purse and it matches with anything. Go get it if you can!

Plumfull Fall

The first thing that pops up into my mind when trying to open my post for those berries is Miranda Priestly in Devils Wears Prada: "Florals? For spring? Ground breaking." Except that here you would replace florals by berries and Spring for Autumn.

Yet there is a reason this colour is so popular comes this time of year. We like dark hues, but we still want a pop of colour. So berry tones are the perfect solution for this, a reminder of the fallen leaves, and a promise of mulled wine to come!

And it seems lots of the lipsticks and glosses I picked up in the past week (I know, and this is not even everything, I went shopping cray cray) were in those berry tones, ranging from burgundy to rose.

Hard Candy Ombre Lipstick in Friendly: This one is particularly fun, as it promises the 90's lipline effect in one product. The 90's are really on right now, but I'm not sure if this trend will pick up! It is nice and creamy though.

Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain in Parisian Passion: I think this will be my favourite.a deep shade that will pop out from your scarf and knits!.

Personelle Rouge Expression in Elegant: All the colours from the lineup were tempting I have to say! They're made with shea butter and are so moisturizing!

L'Oréal Caresse Wet Shine in Romy: A blue toned pink gloss, I imagined it with rosy cheeks after an afternoon walk!

Grey and Pink EOTD

Grey and Pink. EOTD. On first hearing, it might sound like a disaster. But it works quite well! It's a look I have been doing since a couple of weeks now, and always attract so many compliments. My friend Nancy even asked me to do the same on her (she has hazel eyes), and then when her friend Karine saw her, she also wanted it!

Also, the pink that I used is quite a bold pink. It's from the Personnelle eyeshadow pallette Aube. The obvious choice to tone it down would have been to pair it with a beige, or a paler pink. But when I first experimented this look, I was obsessed with grey eyeshadows.

To prime my lids, I used Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Audacious Asphalt. I then took a grey from one of my favourite palettes, NYX Winter in Moscow. Third I put the bold pink in the crease, doing a winshield swipiing motion. In the inner corner and on the brow bone, a light buttercup from MAC's Caramel Sundae palette from the Archie's Girls did the trick.
