Last week I went to the flea market nearby. I wasn't looking for anything particular, but I saw a nice pair of shoes. They seemed big and I passed my way. Then, I thought "I should really give them a try". And I am glad I did! I never really buy on impulse but this time I did!

They suit me really nicely and they are perfect for this Autumn's brogues trend! I like nice shoes, but I have to say those are really different than the ones I am used to buy and look for!

Are you going to buy any brogues?

On Monday, I went to another shoe repair man, in order to have my favorite shoes again! This time, I went to an old-fashioned guy, and this one didn't disapoint me! He looked at my shoes and said he could repair them. But he had to cut the heels a little bit, since one of them was broken. I was a little sad about this, but I wanted to be able to wear my favourite shoes again! So he proceeded, and I was waiting in the store. I felt like someone caring for a loved one in the ER. "Are my shoes going to be ok? Is it going to work? Will I be loving them as much? (Well ok this question is probably not like someone attending a hurt loved one!)

Hi there! The other day, I broke my favorite pair of shoes... They're vintage '80s and I can't bare the thought that I may not be ble to wear them again!

I went at one shoe repair guy, and he said that there is nothing to do with it, since they're too old. Well there is nothing HE can do. I understand that most of the shoe repair guy won't do any work if it doesn't suit their heel standards and such. I already had this problem with another pair. And the repair guy in my parents' town is great with that. But the thing is that he is in Canada. And I am in London... Problem problem!

So I don't really know any good reapair guy and am asking you for your help! Do you know any good shoe repair places in London? I need one that is willing to do some handycraft, because as you can see, it is not a job where you just have to change the rubber part!

Thank you girlies!
